Bro-Cauli Capsi stir fry

Bro-cauli capsi stir fry

Preparation Time: 10mins

Serves: 3 Nos

Goes well with: Cheppathi

Ingrediants:

 

  • Oil                                       – 2 tbsp
  • Broccoli                              – 1 Flower
  • Cauliflower                         – 1 Flower
  • Capsicum                           – 1 No
  • Onion (large)                      – 1 Nos.
  • Ginger                                 – ½ Inch
  • Garlic                                  – 3-5 cloves
  • Green Chillies                    – 3 Nos.
  • Mustard seeds                   – 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds                      – 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds                – 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves                       – 2 Strands
  • Salt                                        – as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder                 – 1 tbsp  
  • Red chilli Powder                 – 1/2 tbsp (Add More if required)
  • Coriander Powder                – 1 tsp

Cooking Method:

  • Heat the Pot and add Oil
  • Add Mustard & Cumin
  • Add finely Chopped Onion and Curry leaves
  • Stir few mins until onion turns transparent and brown
  • Add sliced Ginger/Garlic 
  • Slit and add Green chilli
  • Stir them all until raw smell goes
  • Add Capsicum, Broccoli, Cauliflower 
  • Mix all these ingredients and cook in Medium flame
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt 
  • Occasionally stir them all leave it for 15 mins
  • Add salt as per your taste
  • Occasionally stir the curry
  • Turn off the flame
  • Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve this healthy dish with fresh and hot cheppathi and enjoy with family..
