Banana Pancake

Preparation Time: 20 mins

Serves: 6-8 Nos

Goes well with – Maple syrup, Honey, Blueberry topings

 

Preparation Method:

 

Step1: Mash fully riped 2 Bananas to corse or smooth it depends on you


Step2: Add 1 egg, 1-2 tbsp of sugar – mix them well


Step3: Add baking soda 2tsp, all purpose flour ( maida) and mix them , add milk to give a smooth batter texture


Step4: check for the sweet & keep it aside.


Step5: Heat the pan and butter it , spread a laddle full of pancake batter wait for it to cook, then flip otherside to cook .


Pancakes are ready to plate. Serve with your favourite syrup and topings.
