Goes well with : Rice, Idly, Dosa, Chapati.
Ingredents Required:
Onion(Medium) – 2 Nos.
Tomatoes (Large) – 5 Nos.
Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Green Chillies – 1 Nos.
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 2 Strands
Coriander Leaves – 5 Strands
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder – 1 .5 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Eggs – 4 No’s
Cooking Oil – 20 ml
Salt – As per your taste
Cooking Method:
- Heat a Pan and add oil
- Add Mustard seeds then add Cumin seeds
- Add Garlic then finely Chopped Onion and Curry leaves
- Stir few mins until onion turns transparent and brown
- Add cut tomatoes and stir then add Green chilli
- Stir them all until raw smell goes
- Stir all these ingredients in Medium flame for few mins until oil separates
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt – stir them all for 2 mins in low flame to blend nicely.
- Check for the taste , then pour each egg one by one
- Mix gently so that eggs don”t get messed up.
- Keep the lid closed and simmer the flame.
- After 3-5 mins off the stove and garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with chappathi or rice / idly and fill your appetite in few mins.
