Apple-Dragon fruit smoothie

 

 

Preparation Time: 10mins

Serves: 3 Nos

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Apple – 1 no.
  • Dragon Fruit – 1 no.
  • Papaya –  1 slice
  • Milk – required amount
  • Ice cubes – few

Method:

 

  • Unskin apple, papaya and dragon fruits
  • Cut them into small pieces
  • Put them all in a juicer/ mixer jar adding milk and ice-cubes
  • Blend them all to smooth texture

Serve into glasses and feel refreshed and energetic.
