Ingredients:
- Apple – 1 no.
- Dragon Fruit – 1 no.
- Papaya – 1 slice
- Milk – required amount
- Ice cubes – few
Method:
- Unskin apple, papaya and dragon fruits
- Cut them into small pieces
- Put them all in a juicer/ mixer jar adding milk and ice-cubes
- Blend them all to smooth texture
Serve into glasses and feel refreshed and energetic.
