Ingrediants:
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Broccoli – 1 Flower
- Cauliflower – 1 Flower
- Capsicum – 1 No
- Onion (large) – 1 Nos.
- Ginger – ½ Inch
- Garlic – 3-5 cloves
- Green Chillies – 3 Nos.
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves – 2 Strands
- Salt – as per taste
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli Powder – 1/2 tbsp (Add More if required)
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cooking Method:
- Heat the Pot and add Oil
- Add Mustard & Cumin
- Add finely Chopped Onion and Curry leaves
- Stir few mins until onion turns transparent and brown
- Add sliced Ginger/Garlic
- Slit and add Green chilli
- Stir them all until raw smell goes
- Add Capsicum, Broccoli, Cauliflower
- Mix all these ingredients and cook in Medium flame
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt
- Occasionally stir them all leave it for 15 mins
- Add salt as per your taste
- Occasionally stir the curry
- Turn off the flame
- Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this healthy dish with fresh and hot cheppathi and enjoy with family..
