Preparation Time: 45 mins + 30 – 60 mins

Ingredients:
- Fish ( young) – 1 Kg
- Ginger – 1 Inch
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper – 2 tsp
- Curry Leaves – 2 Strands
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli Powder – 2 tbsp (Add More if required)
- Coriander Powder – 1.5 tbsp
- Lemon – 1 no
- Salt – As per your taste
- Cooking Oil – required amount
Ginger Garlic Paste:
- Clean and Wash Ginger, Garlic, add these in a mixer Jar along with Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper
- Grind them all together to a fine paste
Marination Process:
- Clean the fish and keep it aside
- Take a vessel and add Chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and half lemon juice.
- Leave it for marination minimum 30 mins to 1 hr ( keep it container in refrigerator) to get the masala and flavour
Cooking Method:
- Take a Flat Frying Pan, heat and add oil to it.
- Let the oil get hot and add fish one by one , having space to flip them
- Fry them in medium flame so that they get cooked completely. Flip them and cook the other side, repeat this process until all is done.
- Shift them into a plate and garnish them with lemon and curry leaves.
Serve these as starter or side for main course. I can assure you nobody will wait until all is done and even your neighbour will check for taste. Have this mouth watering fish fry to your full.
